Austin B.

Austin was born in Texas, but growing up in a military family meant home was wherever his family was stationed at the time. Over the years, he lived in five different states, gaining exposure to different regions, people, and ways of life. Despite the frequent moves, Austin spent most of his formative years in California—a place he still considers home and where many of his core values were shaped. That upbringing taught him adaptability, discipline, and the importance of staying grounded in new environments. Those same qualities show up in his work today. He approaches each move with focus, patience, and a genuine commitment to helping others feel at ease. Outside of work, Austin enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and exploring new hobbies. Whether it’s learning a new skill or taking on a challenge, he’s always looking for ways to grow and bring his best to the table.
